Players who grind S&D long enough eventually realise that raw aim only gets you so far, and that smarter positioning usually wins rounds. You start noticing how certain angles just break people’s habits, and that’s where the real advantage sits. In Black Ops 7, there’s a setup around the green building that feels almost unfair once you’ve learned the rhythm of it, and it lines up perfectly with how defenders tend to sweep a site. It’s a trick you can’t really pull off unless the bomb is planted in the right corner, and that’s why you’ve got to be strict about your plant. A lot of players just panic‑plant wherever they land, but that kills the entire play, especially if you’re trying to set up something as precise as this CoD BO7 Bot Lobby.

You’ve got one real job when you hit the site: get the bomb down in that back corner facing the green structure. Nothing fancy. No last‑second curveball. It needs to be clean and predictable, because the whole idea is to force the defender into a position where they’re basically locked to a fixed line. Once the bomb is set, don’t hang around. People often hover for a second or two, hoping for a free kill. Don’t. Slip out, take the long way, and make that rotation before anyone expects it. You’ll get more value from the setup than from a greedy peek.

The window on the green building looks like the obvious power spot, and that’s exactly why you should ignore it. Anyone who’s played enough ranked knows to pre-aim that window the moment they step near the site. If you swing it, you’re basically giving them a free trade. You’ve got to fight the instinct and push deeper inside. Head to the staircase, slow yourself down a bit, and get into position without making noise. It feels awkward the first dozen times, but once you settle into it, the angle makes perfect sense.

When you climb to the very top of the stairs and hop onto the railing, the whole angle opens up. It’s tight, slightly dark, and players retaking the site never check it properly because their crosshair path is already locked onto high‑traffic spots like the window or doorway. You lean out just enough to watch the corner where you planted. That’s all you need. When someone crouches for the defuse, they expose themselves completely, while you’re sitting three steps back in a shadow. Once you’ve used it a couple of times, you start to understand just how rare it is for someone to clear that line, and how many rounds it carries. It turns into one of those tiny advantages that makes the game feel almost too easy, especially when paired with routes you’d practise in a BO7 Bot Lobby.
